Founded by Judy Linkous in 1991, Linkous & Associates played a pivotal role in the neonatal community, specializing in recruiting and placing Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatal Physician Assistants across the country.

As the family legacy continued, daughters Kelly Linkous and Suzanne Welde expanded our extensive network of NNPs, Neonatal PAs, hospitals, and physician groups, addressing the diverse needs of our clients through 2021.

In August 2024, Kelly Linkous reentered the neonatal healthcare recruitment arena, now as part of the TEEMA Group. With TEEMA's backing, Kelly is excited to offer a comprehensive range of services, including permanent placements, contract roles, and locum tenens healthcare and tech opportunities throughout North America.
