Lionheart Tutoring offers educational services in reading, writing, math, Chinese, Spanish, standardized tests, history, science and study skills. Our central office is located in the heart of the Main Line. We have seen hundreds of students through word of mouth. 

Founded by a Fulbright English Teaching Fellow to South Korea, Lionheart Tutoring has sought to create the best academic and test prep tutoring program on the Main Line. Our literacy program was designed by a certified reading specialist with a M.S.Ed. in Reading/Writing/Literacy from the University of Pennsylvania. Our math program incorporates elements of Singapore Math seamlessly into tutoring for contemporary math curriculum. Our Mandarin Chinese program was designed by a native Mandarin Chinese speaker with a M.S.Ed. in TESOL from the University of Pennsylvania. Our study skills and organization program incorporates a straight-forward approach to note-taking and studying that builds on a student's accountability. Our foreign language instruction in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish aims for mastery of vocabulary, grammar, and structure in each target language with copious amounts of practice and interactive exercises. Students interested in standardized tests such as the ACT© and New SAT© can take advantage of our one-on-one, pair, and small group classes. Through direct instruction and carefully crafted practice, we take students through the skills and strategies that they need to excel.
