Listed It Myself, LLC, through our website www.ListeditMyself.com, provides the most user-friendly, locally-based option for listing and searching for homes that are for sale by owner in the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area.

The premise of our listing service is that the user is in full control.  On the Seller side, they have total control of the listing, from uploading an unlimited number of photos and videos, to editing the written narrative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  On the Buyers' side, they can save any number of searches for quick recall whenever they log back into the site, and they can be automatically notified if a new home is listed that meets one of their saved searches.  

We also provide access for real estate agents to save their customers' search criteria on our site.  When one of our listings meet the criteria of their client, and the seller is accepting agents, we automatically notify the agent.  Our site truly brings together traditional real estate agents and individuals selling their homes by owner.

In addition to providing the basic listing service, we offer photography and videography services as needed for the completion of our customers' listings, as well as an ensemble of signage and flyer packages.
