On the Buyers' side, they can save any number of searches for quick recall whenever they log back into the site, and they can be automatically notified if a new home is listed that meets one of their saved searches. We also provide access for real estate agents to save their customers' search criteria on our site. When one of our listings meet the criteria of their client, and the seller is accepting agents, we automatically notify the agent. Our site truly brings together traditional real estate agents and individuals selling their homes by owner. In addition to providing the basic listing service, we offer photography and videography services as needed for the completion of our customers' listings, as well as an ensemble of signage and flyer packages.
