Little City is a mid-sized nonprofit based in Palatine, Illinois, that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as well as their families and communities. Its mission is to enable safe living, ongoing learning, creative exploration, and productive work for people with IDD. Operating in the nonprofit sector, it coordinates services across daily living, education, recreation, and employment to promote community inclusion. In 2025, it launched Life in Motion, a private-pay program offering meaningful daily activities for individuals, including those not on the state waiting list. That year also saw recognition of leadership, with longtime board member and General Counsel John 'Jack' George receiving the Morrie Kellman Humanitarian Award.
