Founded in 1996, Little Rae’s has spent nearly 30 years making a name for itself as the Pacific Northwest’s premier peanut-free & tree nut-free bakery, working tirelessly to perfect the art of making delicious handcrafted decorated shortbread cookies for sweet-tooths of all ages. We use the highest quality honest ingredients. Real butter, cage-free eggs, plant-based natural colors, cane sugar, authentic Madagascar vanilla, and Shepherd’s Grain Flour--a NW co-op of farmers who use regenerative growing practices--all come together to create delicious, unique, and playful shortbread cookies. Independently owned and operated out of Seattle, we are also a certified MBE. Our facility is free from Peanut, Tree Nut, Soy, and Sesame allergens.
