Littleton Food Co-op operates as a member-owned grocery cooperative serving the North Country region of New Hampshire and the adjacent Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Its offerings blend local and conventional produce with a full-service deli, a sizable bulk foods area, craft and conventional beer and wine, meats, seafood, and a broad health and beauty selection. Shopping is open to everyone, while membership gives governance rights through electing a Board of Directors and participation in committees or item suggestions. The cooperative aims to support local growers and producers and to advance environmental and economic sustainability within the community.

The venture emerged from a 2006 community movement and opened a 13,500-square-foot retail space in May 2009 at the Route 302 and Cottage Street corridor in Littleton, near Interstate 93. Recent milestones include receiving a Cooperative Excellence Award in 2023 and engaging in community partnerships in 2022 with local health and arts organizations.
