Our story. We started helping patients in 2002 as DrThom.com. Our online service was revolutionary and one of the very first of its kind in the world. The safety of our patients has always been our top priority and we were one of the very first online healthcare organisations to register with the UK government-appointed independent healthcare regulator. We joined the LloydsPharmacy family in 2008 and have now treated almost 2.5 million patients and issued 3 million prescriptions. We believe that the best online healthcare is provided in conjunction with face-to-face care; that’s why our online service is supported by advice, health checks and tests from our LloydsPharmacy stores where our highly trained pharmacists complement our online team. Not only do we offer our service direct to patients, we also work closely with the NHS, playing an important role in supporting the wider healthcare system. We have worked with a number of NHS hospitals and CCGs and are particularly proud to be part of Sexual Health London, a home testing service offered in partnership with Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust to patients in London. What we do. We offer a range of treatments from vaccinations and travel medicines through to treating sexual health and lifestyle conditions. We also offer home testing services and provide reliable and free medical advice on our website and blog. In 2021 we launched our VideoGP service, providing convenient access to a GP round the clock with same day collection or next day delivery of medication. VideoGP is available direct to patients through a paid subscription and can also be offered to businesses as part of our corporate wellness offering.
