LobsterCraft is a premium purveyor of lobster rolls and other seafood dishes founded in 2012 by Captain Michael Harden, a Coast Guard Captain and licensed commercial lobsterman.  "From Boat to Bun"​, LobsterCraft is your fresh, hot, and local provider of great tasting lobster rolls in one of our restaurants or when you hire the LobsterCraft Food Truck for your next event.

Initially launched as a food truck, LobsterCraft has garnered a number of awards ranging from local favorites to national acclaim.  LobsterCraft has been recognized as Flavored Nation's Best "CT style hot buttered lobster roll in the Country"​ in 2017 and was named by MSN as one of the Top 50 Food Trucks to Try by State in 2018.  The LobsterCraft Food Truck is a perfect option for your next team building or corporate recognition event anywhere from Maine to Maryland.

Beyond the food truck, LobsterCraft Kitchen is the company's updated lobster shack brick 'n mortar concept that has been met with rave reviews in its Fairfield, CT location.  The second LobsterCraft Kitchen will be opening in the historic South Norwalk Train Station in January 2019 and will offer a great combination of indoor and outdoor seating options.  The SoNo space will also be available to rent for small private functions.
