Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park is a unique place and a special landscape. Things are, and should be, done differently here.

Globally, we are facing twin crises of the climate emergency and nature loss. Both crises are happening here and now in the National Park.

Tackling the nature and climate crises is not separate to supporting the rural economy and communities, which face other challenges such as an aging population, lack of affordable housing and skills shortages for rural businesses. 

We all have a part to play in tackling these issues. We ask you to play your part alongside us.

Who are we?

The National Park Board comprises 17 Board Members who run Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, guiding and setting the direction for the National Park.

The highly experienced Executive team deliver the day-to-day management of the organisation:
- Chief Executive Officer - Gordon Watson
- Director of Environment & Visitor Services - Simon Jones
- Director of Place - Stuart Mearns
- Director if Engagement and Innovation - Anna MacLean
- Head of People & Assets - Samantha Stubbs 
- Head of Governance & Performance - Jane Kemp
- Head of Visitor Services - Kenny Auld
