The year was 1606 and that was the beginning of The First Real Estate Company in North America. It was called The London Company. Within 25 years the original Company was gone but the name lived on. In 1971 The House of London was incorporated in Fresno, California. During the next 15 years the London Company worked exclusively in Commercial Industrial Real Estate. In 1973, we opened our Residential Division, London Properties Ltd. Despite our diversification, or perhaps because of it, now London Properties has become one of the largest Real Estate companies in America with over 450 Sales Associates and support staff. If there is a single reason for the growth and success of London Properties, it is the caliber and intelligence of our people.
