LoneStar Airport Holdings, LLC is a private organization engaged in the development, management and operation of airport terminal buildings.  LoneStar Airport Holdings, LLC currently holds a 30-year Lease and Concession Agreement (the “Agreement”) with the City of Austin, Aviation Department for the South Terminal at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (the “South Terminal”).  Under the Agreement, LoneStar Airport Holdings, LLC will plan, direct and finance the redevelopment of the South Terminal at an approximate cost of $12 million.  Additionally, the organization will manage and operate the passenger terminal building.  Once construction is complete in early 2017, the three-gate terminal will have the capacity to accommodate several air carriers and up to 400,000 annual enplanements.  The entity expects to generate approximately $3.5 million in gross revenue from a variety of sources during the first full year of operations.
