Established in 1996, the Long Beach Community Foundation (LBCF) is a public charity that helps individuals, families, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses manage their charitable giving both today and as part of their long-term legacy. Led by Marcelle Epley, MBA, President & CEO, LBCF’s mission is to initiate positive change for Long Beach through charitable giving, stewardship, and strategic grantmaking. In 2021, LBCF reached $70 million in charitable funds managed.
