A Community Health Center since 2002, with a mission to care for the most vulnerable, Lorain County Health & Dentistry is the only safety-net provider of primary health care for persons of all ages in Lorain County.  In 14 years LCH&D provided almost one-half million doctor and dentist visits.  We have built a deep and lasting foundation of care.

Lorain County Health & Dentistry is committed to providing services to all those in need regardless of ability to pay.  You do not need to live in Lorain County to access our services.
