The Louisiana Primary Care Association (LPCA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1982 and based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The organization’s constituents are the FQHCs and their supporters, for whom LPCA provides advocacy and coordination to advance community-based health care. In May 2025, LPCA announced the hire of Ahl to support its Community Health Center Day of Action.
