LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors, founded in 1985, is a civil engineering and surveying firm that serves the municipal government/authorities, commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and utilities markets. LSSE maintains one of the region's largest engineering units dedicated solely to civil engineering and has over 30 years of experience in the successful completion of projects relating to planning, design, and maintenance programs for municipal infrastructure (water, wastewater, stormwater, roads, pavement, parking, parks and recreational facilities, etc.); civil-site design for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential sites; surveying; MS4 programs; green infrastructure; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; GIS/mapping and asset management; and grants/loans procurement and administration.

LSSE serves over 100 regional municipal clients including cities, counties, boroughs, townships, municipal water and wastewater authorities and redevelopment authorities.  LSSE's current management and design teams have successfully completed planning, design, permitting and construction phase services for recent projects that total over $350 million in construction value.

LSSE’s recent civil-site experience includes engineering and surveying services for an 833-acre industrial park site; 50 big-box commercial sites; 16 warehouse/package delivery sites; residential developments comprising of over 3,500 housing units; riverfront brownfield redevelopment; and special, multi-use recreational, commercial and residential sites.
