Lynch Daskal Emery LLP was founded in 2006 by James R. Lynch, Bernard Daskal and Scott R. Emery. LDE offers a wide range of litigation services. Our personal injury division is led by founding partner Bernard Daskal, who has over fifteen years of experience in litigating cases involving medical malpractice and injuries caused by negligent conditions, drugs, and products. Bernard has also co-counseled with lawyers across the country to prosecute personal injury claims. LDE has represented individuals who have suffered personal injuries in cases ranging from slip-and-falls to medical malpractice to drug and medical device injuries. The lawyers at Lynch Daskal Emery LLP were the first to file cases on behalf of individuals who suffered kidney damage as a result of taking Fleet Phospho-soda® as a bowel cleanser. Founding Partner Bernard Daskal was one of the lead authors of the Settlement Construct and Settlement Construct Protocol that was used to settle hundreds of Fleet Phospho-soda claims in the related Multi-District Litigation. He also worked closely with the Plaintiffs Executive Committee in that litigation, and was one of two permanent members on the Fleet Phospho-soda Claims Committee.
