Lynch Construction, Inc., a family-owned Maryland business headquartered in Churchville, Maryland, with a satellite office in Towson, Maryland, has provided residential and commercial remodeling in and around Harford and Baltimore and surrounding counties, and in Baltimore City, since its founding in 1958. 

Lynch Construction has won awards such as the Homebuilder's Association of Maryland Award of Excellence for Whole House Alteration with Addition, and the Award of Excellence for Commercial Remodeling. Donald Lynch, Jr., who in 2011 celebrates his 30th year as President of Lynch Construction, is one of only 8 remodelers in Maryland who achieved the Remodeler’s Council Certified Master Remodeler (CMR) designation, and is a Certified Graduate Remodeler. Lynch was named "Remodeler of the Year" by the Homebuilders Association in 2008 "In Recognition of Excellence in Professionalism, Construction, Customer Service and Contributions to the Industry." He served as President of the HBAM Remodelers Council for 2008 and again for 2009.
