Lyten is the Supermaterial Applications Company building the critical infrastructure that powers the next era of energy, AI data centers, and defense. The energy transition, data centers, and advanced manufacturing is reshaping global demand for power. Lyten is focused on delivering the energy infrastructure these industries need; manufactured domestically, engineered for resilience, and designed to be cleaner than what came before. We recently announced Lyten Industrial Hubs, which collocate gigawatt scale battery manufacturing with data center sites. Our Voltpack Mobile System (VMS), part of our integrated power management platform, powers industrial, commercial, and defense operations as well as the AI buildout itself. Advanced batteries and integrated power systems sit at the center of the energy transition. Our lithium-sulfur chemistry eliminates 90% of the mined minerals required by conventional batteries, localizes supply chains, and uses an abundant industrial byproduct to deliver high energy density cells across a wide range of applications. We've also recently acquired the advanced lithium-ion battery technology developed by Northvolt, formerly Europe's largest battery manufacturer, which now powers our BESS and other battery products. Beyond energy, our Lyten 3D Graphene™ supermaterial platform also solves specific problems across essential industries and infrastructure; including concrete admixtures for stronger, lower-carbon construction, structural adhesives and 3D printer filaments for advanced manufacturing, and gas-vapor and bio-sensors transforming health, safety, and logistics. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in San Jose, CA, Lyten is backed by more than $625M in equity investment and holds 1,000+ patents granted or pending. We've been named to Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, TIME's America's Top GreenTech Companies (2024, 2025, & 2026), and the Silicon Valley Defense Journal's Top 100 National Security Companies three years
