We founded Macdonald & Cody, LLP to provide effective, efficient and creative legal representation for our clients. We specialize in taking over cases weeks or even days before trial commences, and we have significant experience taking over cases from counsel where little or no work-up has been done while still providing exceptional results whether through trial or settlement. Another unique aspect of our practice is that we focus on personalized representation and long-term relationships. We believe our representation is best approached with full and frequent communication from our office to our clients. From intake through settlement or trial, our experienced attorneys will provide immediate and continuous analysis of case value and will timely report all issues that arise during discovery and investigation that affect valuation.
