Founded in 1997 by Bill Howells, Mach Speed Technologies began as a computer mother board manufacturer and the only company that offered a lifetime warranty. Howells led Mach Speed into becoming the leading opening price point manufacturer in the U.S. with products under the two branded lines, Trio & Eclipse media players. With the first Trio branded Android tablet launch in 2010, Trio is now a leading brand of mid-tier Google Certified tablets in the channel. Trio provides quality products that are accessible from large retail vendors across the U.S. Over the past 16 years, Mach Speed has grown from one employee to over 75 in the main office headquartered in Ada, Oklahoma and has two sister companies; JLab Audio in San Diego, California and Bear River International in Rogers, Arkansas. American owned and operated, Howells has been at the head of every stage of business, marketing and logistic development of Mach Speed. In 2013, APOLLO Brands was created to synergize all three companies, Mach Speed, JLab Audio and Bear River. APOLLO Brands is an entrepreneurial company at its foundation.
