MacroAir Fans operates in the industrial machinery manufacturing sector, producing high-volume, low-speed ceiling fans designed to move large amounts of air. Its products aim to improve comfort and air quality in sizable spaces while reducing reliance on HVAC systems. Headquartered in San Bernardino, California, the company has evolved into a mid-sized enterprise led by a multi-generation leadership team, with Jaylin and Sheila Boyd at the helm after the long tenure of Eddie Boyd.
The company traces its origins to 1998, when inventor Walter Boyd linked dairy cattle comfort to increased milk production, inspiring the development of HVLS technology and the creation of MacroAir Technologies. Over time, MacroAir expanded its product line to serve a broader range of industrial, commercial, and residential environments, combining aeronautically influenced design with robust airflow performance. In April 2026, MacroAir announced the expansion of its offices to Fort Worth, Texas, signaling a strategic move to accelerate growth and broaden market reach.
