macVolks, Inc. is an independent Apple Authorized Service Provider based out of Concord, CA and has been in business since 1990. macVolks, Inc specializes in all Apple repairs, and will travel all over the San Francisco Bay Area to provide their services to a range of different clients - from Fortune 500 Companies to Mom and Pop with their first iMac.

As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, macVolks honors all AppleCare warranties and also provides assistance for machines that are no longer covered by warranty. macVolks' services include: consultations, repairs, hardware upgrades, data recovery, server support and maintenance, iPhone/ iPad/ iPod Touch screen repairs, Sophos firewall sales and everything else in between!

macVolks is open to the public Monday through Friday, from 10am - 6pm (PST) and is closed on all major national holidays.

macVolks was founded on the idea that good help is hard to find, and it shouldn't be. Over 20 years ago, macVolks’ service calls were performed out of a Volkswagen camper complete with parts and a soldering iron. And though they don't drive the campers anymore, they still offer the same honest, reliable service. macVolks are Macintosh people or folk, or "volks". And yes, they still drive Volkswagens (and one Mac Mini Cooper).

macVolks is not a retail store and do not have products on display; they recommend checking out the Apple Store for that. macVolks is also not a one person shop that opened yesterday - macVolks, Inc. is proud to be serving the Apple community for 20 years and look forward to continuing their service for another 20+ years!
