Mader Tschacher Peterson & Co, LLC is a full-service Certified Public Accounting firm located in beautiful Laramie, Wyoming, home of the University of Wyoming. Our firm was established in 1979 with the purchase of a long-time CPA firm in Laramie. Since its inception, the firm has acquired several other small accounting practices. We are licensed in Wyoming, Nebraska, and Oklahoma and we provide services mainly to this area. However, our client base extends to states throughout the country. We have satellite offices in Wheatland, Torrington, Scottsbluff, and Rawlins, which are staffed by appointment only.

Our continual investment of time and resources in professional education, state-of-the-art computer software and technology and our extensive business relationships are indicative of our commitment to excellence.
