Dr. Krochmal completed an advanced aesthetic surgery fellowship at the Hunstad Kortesis Center in Charlotte, one of only twelve fellowships currently endorsed by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.  Prior to the fellowship, he trained in plastic surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and in general surgery at the prestigious Mayo Clinic Arizona.  He also spent time in Brazil learning buttock contouring techniques from Raul Gonzalez, one of the world’s foremost buttock shaping experts.  Dr. Krochmal is a member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).  He serves on the Health Policy Committee for the ASPS.  He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, and several textbook chapters.  He hails from the Detroit area, and is thrilled to be living back in the Midwest!
