The Mission of Mager Consortium is to make Dr. Robert Mager’s Criterion-Referenced Instruction (CRI) available to companies and individuals so CRI can continue to make a positive impact on the bottom lines of companies and in individuals’ lives. CRI tools and processes are ideally suited to complement the ADDIE, and any other model of performance-based instructional design and to develop and revise business systems to become performance-based.

Mager Consortium is your training resource for Mager books, Mager workshops, and workshop materials. Mager Consortium offers all of Dr. Mager’s instructional design workshops and other workshops based on Dr. Mager’s CRI methodology.

Dr. Mager is not involved with the ownership, management, or operations of Mager Consortium. While authorized to use the Mager name, the Consortium is comprised of individuals that are highly skilled in CRI tools and processes, and are available to teach the workshops, to certify your people to teach the workshops, and to temporarily assist your efforts in implementing CRI.
