The venue operates with a small staff to help clients shape and execute events. 

Its client base includes artists, designers, organizations, and members of the public seeking face-to-face engagement for events and brand activations. Magic Box emphasizes collaborative planning to help clients connect with audiences and achieve reliable execution. In 2022, Magic Box LA partnered with Grande Experiences to co-produce THE LUME Los Angeles and to launch the world premiere of Street Art Alive.
