Maglio Inc. specializes in design, engineering, prototyping, and short-run production.  Our small but highly talented multi-disciplinary design and manufacturing staff can develop a product from a customer’s basic concept into a fully functional prototype that can be quickly ramp into production.

Design and engineering is not limited to but has historically been for the following industries: defense, aerospace, energy, semiconductor, industrial, agricultural, automotive, and consumer.  Maglio Inc. provides creative solutions for technically complex problems while still designing a product that can be quickly and cost effectively manufactured.

Maglio Inc’s diverse in-house manufacturing capabilities can meet the needs of customers with tight schedules and confidentiality requirements.  Both prototype and production parts/assemblies/products can be manufactured by Maglio Inc.: CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) machining, manual machining, FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) rapid prototyping, composite fabrication, welding and metal fabrication, laser cutting, sheet metal forming, vacuum forming, CNC routing and trimming, painting, and finish work.  Mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, inspection, and testing are also done in-house.
