When I presented the idea for MailGapp our tagline was "Its About Time"​. I was right about one thing, It's about time, for a pivot. My value proposition was our innovative sign up process all done online. It was the digital CMRA. MailGapp was the Digital Courier. Now I know how we can be just that. It's not that we will be the digital replacement for government issued IDs. Or that we will digitize postal mail and send it through sms/mms utilizing RCS. It is creating the NEW courier platform delivering protected packets of information between two endpoints. MailGapp's new direction is its product called YouRL, One Addr3ss To Rule Them All. It's like incognito mode and two factor authentication had a child and gave it the keys to the kingdom.

Paper is pretty. Old. So is signing up using your email address and creating a password. We are at the end of "there's an app for that"​ era.  By utilizing USPS Informed Delivery and it's Gmail notification option I was able to write a script that would parse the images then send me an MMS message. Then I wanted to add suggested actions to the images so I applied for the Google early access program for RCS. The whole time I wanted to utilize it to fulfill the sign up process for mail delivery at shared office spaces like Wework. Now I've abandoned that to focus on just the sign up process. I'll still identify the users by name, permanent address, and phone number which incorporates all the info on every government issued ID. Then the phones ability to verify the user by finger print, facial, ir voice recognition. And identify the users IP address, device Mac address, and it's physical address. 

Microsoft is planning to get rid of passwords. Verizon and AT&T are introducing another app for that called Project Verify to use built in phone functionality like finger prints.
