Headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, we are a different kind of design practice, one that helps our clients drive innovation by creating highly productive, sustainable spaces that free people to live, learn, work and play as they were meant too. The Founder Georgia Ericson is a nationally recognized residential designer and has worked with several of the most recognizable builder brands in North America. She has been able to realize their visions through strategic designs that inspire and celebrate her clients’ brands. With more than 3 decades of residential design experience, Georgia balances her vision with a deep sensitivity for local context and culture. Her extensive client list includes most of North America’s top 25 builders and her portfolio ranges from single family/townhomes to large-scale 55+ communities. Georgia is a graduate of the School of Architecture and Design at The State University of New York. Outside of the office, Georgia is married, a mother to four and a grandmother to one, enjoys travel, hiking, and spends her free time at the lake.
