MainStreet Tax & Accounting Services provides entrepreneurs with the services and training needed to properly organize and operate their companies to reduce taxes and protect their assets. Founded in Utah in 1960, MainStreet helps self-employed business owners understand and manage their tax liabilities while growing their business. MainStreet accountants understand entrepreneurs, many even have experience owning their own businesses. They take the time to personally consult with their clients, offering small business tax planning advice based on the entrepreneur's plans for growth. Rather than simply “crunching” the numbers provided by clients, MainStreet accountants train their clients on better ways to organize and report their company’s finances to maximize their tax savings including creating and utilizing the right business entity(s) and properly manging company records. MainStreet provides free training to entrepreneurs throughout the community and has provided free services to our local entrepreneur resources including the Utah Small Business Development Center, SCORE, various Chambers of Commerce, Women's Business Center, Entrepreneur Launch Pad, as well as local Universities and programs. MainStreet is also a sponsor of the Utah Entrepreneur Challenge.
