Since 1976, MAI has provided organizational and operational assessments, efficiency and staffing studies, and acquisition support to federal, state, local and international governments. MAI is classified as a Small Business, and we are a GSA MOBIS Schedule holder (good through 2017). MAI has performed over 900 management reviews involving over 40,000 government employees. Our core business lines are management consulting, industrial engineering, and operations cost analyses. In the past four years, MAI has had significant support contracts from the U.S. Departments of Army, Treasury, Agriculture, Justice, Health and Human Services, Veterans Affairs, and Energy. MAI has also been successful in expanding into feasibility studies related to economic development, tourism, and public-private partnerships. Most of our employees have degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or Psychology. Many of our staff also have or are working towards their MBA.
