Prior to founding Manela Law Firm in January 2014, Mark Manela gained more than 25 years of experience practicing law at a premier litigation boutique and at two global law firms, most recently managing a global firm's Texas litigation practice. 

Mark has experience representing individuals and businesses, large and small, in a broad range of commercial cases from generic disputes to "bet the company" claims.  Clients have included US and foreign investment and commercial banks, bankers and investment bankers, international and regional accounting firms, individual CPAs, public and private businesses, special committees, directors, officers and employees.
