At Manor Properties Redevelopment LLC, we find houses, renovate them and sell them. We take all the work out of the process for you. We monitor and research local towns and neighborhoods looking for areas with rising real estate sales, good schools and other indicators that sales are increasing.

We help assess the building structure with our knowledgeable team, review electric and plumbing before entering into any real estate decision. We then prepare interior designs understanding which updates you can afford and which improvements will increase the value. We complete all the work with our skilled contractors, overseeing the project through to completion. At Manor Properties we know the kitchen and bathrooms are the most important rooms in the house and we pay close attention to make them most appealing for future owners. 

Although you can search the web and see millions of foreclosed homes for sale, we never buy a home without seeing it in person first. Whenever possible we like to purchase the worst house in a great neighborhood, it has nowhere to go but up in value, due to the other homes in the area.
