La casa di moda prende il nome dalla bisnonna del presidente fondatore, il cavaliere Achille Maramotti, la quale possedeva nel 1850 un atelier di sartoria nella città di Reggio Emilia. E’ una vera e propria rivoluzione nella Storia del costume: fino a questo momento non esisteva un’azienda che si occupasse delle donne con qualche chilo in più, per soddisfare il loro desiderio di moda.
