The independent Florida registered investment adviser led by founder Carlos Diez was formed in 2012 to give investors the opportunity to invest in MarketGrader Indexes, a global family of intelligent equity indexes with a track record of outperforming traditional equity market benchmarks over the long-term. MarketGrader Capital maintains exclusive rights to MarketGrader Indexes and is the publisher of the Barron’s 400 Index*, which is tracked by the Barron’s 400 ETF. 

MarketGrader Capital also provides a suite of Risk-Managed Strategies, which seek to provide investors a measure of the capital appreciation opportunity in major stock markets while minimizing the negative impact of bear markets.

In addition to licensing MarketGrader Indexes, the firm provides investment advisory, asset management, research, and other financial services to fund sponsors, institutions, family offices and separately managed accounts located domestically and abroad.
