Anthony Markus has over twenty years experience as a family law and estate planning attorney. He has handled hundreds of divorce matters to successful conclusion through various methods including negotiated settlements, collaborative practices, and litigation.  Many of his cases involve complex matrimonial issues requiring extensive valuations of multi-million dollar businesses, forensic research, and investigative depositions.  Mr. Markus has also been effective in creating comprehensive trust and estate documents for his clients that diminish estate taxes, preserve the proper distribution of assets, and insure that his clients' finances are properly managed for the future.

Marc Sheridan has nearly twenty years of experience representing both individual and multi-national clients in employment matters dealing with employment discrimination, restrictive covenants, deferred compensation plans, reductions in force, negotiation of severance agreements, and executive compensation issues.   He regularly appears in employment disputes on behalf of securities industry professionals in FINRA and AAA arbitration regarding unpaid bonuses, promissory notes, and contractual disputes.  Mr. Sheridan has also successfully resolved multi-million dollar commercial and employment disputes through effective litigation techniques in federal and state court as well as private mediation. Mr. Sheridan is also a mediator, civil collaborative practitioner, and trainer for attorneys domestically and internationally on civil collaborative practice.
