The Marriott Metairie is the perfect hotel for formal events, special occasions, intimate weddings, or company events and meetings.

We provide over  6,500 sq. feet of meeting space, accommodating up to 200 guests, hosting corporate, government, association, or daily meetings for our clients. Our space includes 5 board rooms, with all the amenities you’ll need for any successful, focused meeting. There are 3 larger event rooms for training or more social occasions, which they lend themselves to perfectly to as they flow right into our Great Room.

The Great Room is part of our 2014 $3 million renovation. It flows through the majority of our main floor and is filled with comfortable seating, tables, nooks, and spaces to enjoy the company of others, quiet solitude, food and drink, and full connectivity.

This open space that flows into The Bistreaux Metairie Restaurant making a seamless transition throughout the floor – A perfect setting for weddings, receptions, special dinners, and birthday, anniversary, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, or other social events.

Catering is provided by the hotel's culinary team under the leadership of Executive Chef Anthony Spizale. The hotel has an onsite event planning team as well. When hosting a large event or conference, the Marriott Metairie has the added bonus of offering you comfortable accommodations with beautiful views.
