Marshall Medical Center is an independent, nonprofit community healthcare provider based in Placerville, California, serving the Sierra Foothills region between Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe. It operates Marshall Hospital, a fully accredited acute care facility with 125 beds, along with outpatient facilities in Cameron Park, Placerville, El Dorado Hills, and Georgetown. The system also includes the Marshall Physician Clinic Services, a network of primary and specialty care physicians, and runs community health and education programs.

The organization serves residents of El Dorado County, supported by more than 1,500 employees and over 190 affiliated physicians who deliver care to more than 180,000 people. It maintains a local board of volunteer directors representing community needs as the service area grows. In 2025 Marshall opened a 25,000-square-foot medical facility in El Dorado Hills to expand access to primary and specialty care.
