Who are Marshall Wolfe?
We are a hiring consultancy and are determined to make hiring and being hired, a professional, fair and enjoyable experience. Our aim is to challenge the model of many recruitment agencies, where the value exchange can be sub-optimal.

What we do
We find great people, build world-class hiring solutions and create fairer, more efficient hiring journeys. By utilising a blend of traditional technical recruitment expertise, consultancy, and our own software, we can solve the most complex recruitment and talent acquisition challenges in our field.

Founded by Jim and Sanchia Marshall, the company represents decades of expertise in the talent management sector. Having run multi-million pound agencies for many years and managed countless hiring agendas for large banks and FTSE 250 companies, we know what a good hire looks like.

Marshall Wolfe also provides project based consultancy as well as the implementation of talent systems. Marshall Wolfe has a mission to embed fair and efficient hiring systems. We have developed (and are developing) exciting 'challenger'​ applications to assist the way enterprises engage with Talented Individuals. These include: Virtual Bench Team, HireMe, Wolfbot & Inspired. Recruitment methods and processes have remained largely unchallenged by Technology change. We intend to be at the forefront of ‘Recruitment 4.0’
