We aggressively pursue civil remedies for victims of crime such as child abuse, attacks, and melees during fights in bars or nightclubs. Rights of Children State law does not allow families of injured children to bring lawsuits against schools. We currently have two cases at the state court of appeals, fighting for the rights of children to sue school authorities for negligence. Community Involvement We live, work and play in and around the Albuquerque area, and we are committed to this community, giving back in our personal lives and through volunteer (pro bono) legal services.
