Mary's Harvest Fresh Foods, Inc. operates in the food and beverage manufacturing sector from Portland, Oregon. The company focuses on hand-cut fruits and vegetables, grab-and-go items, and meal replacement products designed to provide convenient, healthy options that are fresh and locally sourced. Founded in 2012, the business traces its roots to a World War II-era initiative by Mary Spada, who sought to feed her family nutritious meals and to know where their food came from.

Its offerings are aimed at consumers seeking quick, nutritious food solutions without compromising quality. In May 2022, Mary's Harvest voluntarily recalled some celery and apple peanut butter cup products that contained Jif peanut butter, signaling ongoing safety oversight.
