As a comprehensive real estate appraisal firm, Mason provides the added services of project management and publishing of real-time data on the Mason2Acquisition® website.

Our professional staff includes nine state-certified, full-time appraisers, several holding MAI, SR/WA designations, one Ph.D., and five research and technically trained professionals to support all projects. All reports, studies and exhibits are created in-house using proprietary and leading-edge software to maintain strict confidentiality of all data.

Our History
Mason Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants was originally established in 1926 by Thomas F. Mason. Thomas started the firm as a sole proprietor and later became a partnership, known as Mason, Mason & Mason, when his sons David and James joined the company. After Thomas passed away in 1968 and James retired in 1978, David Mason continued the business with Frances Wolfe Mason. The firm established their partnership as Mason & Mason® in 1991 and later incorporated in December of 1994. Mason continues to do business today as a California Corporation and a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
