Founded in 1968 by Owen Masterson, Masterson Personnel was established to meet the growing demand for light industrial, office, and professional staffing solutions. Owen's vision was to create a company that not only delivered quality and reliable services but also connected talented workers with great companies to help both achieve their respective goals.

Starting as a small local business, Masterson Staffing has grown significantly thanks to our team of experienced staffing professionals. Today, we are a premier staffing solutions provider with nearly 40 branches across the Midwest and an extensive network of hundreds of thousands of skilled workers.
