NLP Trainer Jonathan Altfeld founded the Mastery InSight Institute of NLP in 1997, and has been authoring innovative NLP home-study materials, running courses around the globe, sharing insights through his blog and other sources, and doing coaching and consulting since then.

45 years ago, NLP used to be primarily for the therapeutic fields, but since then it's expanded to so many other fields, it's hard to encapsulate what NLP is, in a nutshell.  For most people, it represents a fast track to success, in almost any domain.  It represents a faster way to create changes, either for ourselves or for others.

While based in Northeast Ohio, Jonathan has trained in a wide array of international locations, and has a thriving Zoom coaching practice where he serves clients all over the globe.
