Mark D. Mathewson founded Mathewson Right of Way Company (MROWCO) in 2006 with a mission of providing the highest quality land acquisition services in the State of Illinois. Mr. Mathewson is a licensed attorney and has worked in the land acquisition field since 1987. During his career he has acquired thousands of parcels of property across much of the State of Illinois. Mr. Mathewson remains one the most highly qualified and experienced negotiators in Illinois. Further, Mr. Mathewson provides project management capabilities that result in projects being completed in a timely and budget conscious manner. Mr. Mathewson has been on the list of Approved Negotiators published by the Illinois Department of Transportation since it was first prepared in 1989. MROWCO provides land acquisition professionals with excellent reputations to perform comprehensive land acquisition services. We provide genuine value as the Project Manager and Prime Contractor. We understand the needs of our clients and actively coordinate our services and those of our sub-contractors to meet the project schedule and other agency objectives. We believe we are a resource to both our clients and to the sub-contractors with whom we work. For many of our clients we act as their de facto Land Acquisition Department, providing “turn-key” land acquisition project management and comprehensive right of way services.
