Mattern & Craig is a civil engineering firm founded in Roanoke, Virginia in February 1978 by J. Wayne Craig and E. K. Mattern, Jr. The practice delivers civil and sanitary engineering services to public, corporate and governmental clients, and over time has broadened its capabilities to include transportation, structural engineering, surveying, site planning, and solid waste.
