SMB IT Extension Customer profile MAV Computers LLC is a small to mid-sized IT services provider focusing on managed services, networking, cloud computing, security, and project management. This creates opportunities to position as a white-labeled or co-managed IT partner for small businesses that MAV serves, enabling bundled monitoring, security, and backup offerings for their clients.

Security & Compliance MAV highlights security and compliance as core specialties (backup, security, IT consulting). This suggests upsell potential in advanced threat detection, endpoint protection, data protection, and regulatory compliance services for their client base and for reseller collaborations.

Cloud & Collaboration With emphasis on cloud computing and Microsoft 365, there is opportunity to expand managed cloud services, migrations, security hardening, and ongoing optimization for client environments, especially for businesses prioritizing remote work and collaboration efficiency.

Networking & SD-WAN Networking focus combined with small team size indicates potential demand for scalable networking solutions, secure remote access, and SD-WAN or VPN enhancements for clients seeking reliable connectivity with simplified management.

Growth & Partnerships Revenue range and client-centric value proposition imply potential for channel partnerships, referral programs, or joint marketing with other MSPs or hardware vendors to expand service footprint and cross-sell managed services, security, and backup offerings.
