MaxCare Hospice was founded in 2009 to provide the excellent end-of-life care to patients, and their families in Southern California. We focus on improving and maintaining patients' quality of life.
MaxCare Hospice specializes in serving patients with a terminal illness. While these illnesses are not curable, a lot can be done to make patients more comfortable and help them do things that are important to them at this stage of their life. WE provide palliative care in the home, short-term inpatient services, mobilization and coordination of ancillary services, and bereavement support. Services will be equitably distributed to a medically and financially diversified group of patients in a cost effective manner, which ensures adherence to the goals of MaxCare Hospice and the maintenance of the financial solvency of the organization MaxcareHospice is personalized for each patient's and family's needs, this includes adapting the level of medical care to the changing condition of the patient.
MaxCare Hospice's staff consists of the Attending Physician, Hospice Medical Director, Registered Nurses, and social workers, Spiritual Counselors, Home Health Aides and Trained Volunteers. We are prepared to address the patient's needs on medical, functional, emotional and spiritual levels.
