Maxsar Partners is a media conglomerate based in the Metro Detroit, Michigan area and is comprised of several symbiotic divisions which share a unified mission: to produce films and television series of the highest  creative quality and commercial viability with a Michigan workforce. Fashioned after the traditional Studio System of Hollywood's Golden Era, Maxsar Partners takes full advantage of the abilities of each company to bring a project from concept to distribution.

Maxsar Digital Studios in Livonia, Michigan is the home of our 55,000 square foot full service sound stage. Our green screen capability facilitates shooting state of the art projects which are fulfilled by our highly trained staff of CGI artists.

With a fully staffed creative team of the highest caliber, Philippe Martinez Productions conceives, develops, and writes both feature films and television series with its own in house writing department. Once a project is in the can, it is turned back over to Maxsar Digital Studios' editing and post production departments.

The finished product is then handed off to Cinepro Pictures, our international and domestic distribution department whose seasoned sales team uses their twenty plus years of film sales experience to get the project in front of eyes all around the world.
